The board wants to promote both 15’s and 7’s versions of the game in men and women categories. Developing unions were advised that going forward, they are going to stand a chance in playing in the IRB 7’s circuit. The circuit is being expanded to 16 team with 1 wildcard included per hosting region. There will be relegations and promotion in the circuit.
